Young chefs Oscar Lozano Martinez and Jose Gonzalez, are just 24 and 20 years old, and were born in Ibiza and trained at the oldest school of Barcelona haute cuisine, Bell Art. He grew up and won his vocation for cooking during the time spent in the kitchen with his family, who have a long culinary tradition. Outstanding signature dishes and cocktails in a farmhouse in the middle of the field, with DJ and chill out. Humus with caramelized onions and sweet corn crunchy fried goat cheese salad with onion jam, mushrooms and walnut salad, round and delicious chips egg destroyed instantly.
